The industrial B2B trade (in German known as PVH) assessed the industry partners in various categories such as retailer loyalty, market development, sales support, product innovation, digitalisation quality and delivery capacity. With a top mark of 1.39, which equals a solid A, fetra scored particularly well in the retailer loyalty category.
