Return of fetra transport equipment

The return for credit of a delivered fetra transport equipment is possible on the following conditions:

1. The return is possible with our agreement. Unfortunately, we cannot accept goods returned without prior agreement. Please contact our sales team by phone at +49 5425 9494-16 or by email at service@fetra.de.

2. Returning goods only during 14 days after receiving.

3. The goods are in perfect, salable condition. Otherwise we have to decrease the refurbishment costs from the credit note.

The returned goods are not custom-made products.

5. The goods are packed securely for transport. When goods are returned unpacked, there are often high refurbishment costs. This could be avoid by appropriate packaging..

6. The following costs will be deducted from the credit:

a) 5% of the value of the goods for handling and repackaging (at least 6.90 euros).

b)
Effective costs of freight for sending them to your customer.

c) Effective costs of freight for picking up.

d) If returned goods are damaged, refurbishment costs will be calculated according to expenditure.

In the common interest please consider these points. So problems can be avoided in advance. We strive for a quick and uncomplicated processing.
Only the calculation for damaged goods can take a few days due to the higher effort.
