fetra box carts with TPE-wheels and central brake system TOTALSTOP

Box carts by fetra offer the highest comfort for in-house logistics. We are now equipping the carts with TPE-wheels and the central brake system TOTALSTOP on the swivel castors as standard. Less effort for moving large goods and just one step for a safe stand are the advantages for the user.

The TPE-wheel is made of themoplastic elastomer and due to its rubber like properties it ensures a low starting, rolling and swivelling resistance. So the box cart can be moved without large effort. It is particularly suitable for transporting heavy loads of up to 750 kilograms. The low rolling resistance combined with a high load capacity is also favored by the smooth-running precision deep groove ball bearing of the castor. Despite its dark gray color, the castor in the characteristic fetra design is non-marking and non-chalking - it is therefore also suitable for sensitive floors.

Increased security
In addition to the standard equipment of the box carts with TPE-wheels, fetra provides the equipment with a further plus: the central brake system TOTALSTOP ensures with just one step that the cart stands still. It was developed to increase security in intralogistic processes and is now also integrated as standard in every box cart. The system locks the rotation and swivel movement of both castors. The brake pedal remains in the operator's field of vision at all times. This means that the transport equipment can be stopped in any castor position.

Versatile transport equipment
The versatility of the box carts by fetra makes the devices an important transport equipment for internal logistics. Companies from various industries use them to transport goods from A to B quickly and safely. fetra offers its box carts models as wire, wooden or sheet metal box carts, either open or with double wing doors. The welded angle steel construction makes the trolleys particularly stable. They comply with the European standard EN 1757-3 (safety of platform trucks).
