Lean solution
fetra has developed its trolleys for sheet material to enable easy access into narrow alleyways or sheet rack warehouses. The trolleys are designed in such a way that bulky building panels and wooden or plastic boards can be moved longitudinally. They are available as a basic version with solid rubber or pneumatic tyres or alternatively with coated superstructure – here profile rubber encloses the two longitudinal tubes to ensure that panels cannot slip during transport. In addition, an adjustable hold-down to prevent tipping increases user safety. Both trolleys have two support wheels made of polyamide, enabling the user to park and store the sheets.
Efficient protection
Especially for transporting windowpanes or shower enclosures made of glass, fetra’s product range features trolleys for sheet material as a modular system. Even complete doors or high-quality worktops for the kitchen can be transported safely with this system. To protect all these sensitive goods against transport damage reliably and without costly measures, the trolley is equipped with profile rubber. The soft, flexible material surrounds the trolleys’ superstructure and cushions ground-induced movements. It also ensures that the goods do not slip.

The larger models can cope with approx. 500 to a maximum of 1,200 kilograms and are available in various versions, for example with a wooden platform or anti-skid loading platform. For users requiring versatility, the version with modular insertable tubular supports is the perfect choice. These can be set up in various positions and are available in standard heights of 300mm, 600mm or 900mm. Irrespective of the size of the tubular supports, seven different set-up options are possible – thanks to the plug-in technology, no tools are required.
